  • “In old times, the Church persecuted other faiths, but now we know that they can also be the tools of salvation.”
  • “In old times, the Church was rigidly enforcing bad marriages, but nowadays the focus is on mercy, so they are more often annulled.”

… and so forth.

We are witnessing an unprecedented decrease in Faith; the number of both priests and faithful are plummeting, families fracture. Is this happening in spite of the “new Pentecost” of Vatican 2? Or because of it?
